Bought 1200 gold did not recieve.

    I recently purchased $9.99 gold package on bullet force, upon confirming my purchase with Apple & in game it was completed. However I have not received my purchased gold and I'm becoming upset now. I would hate to file a refund with Apple but if necessary I will.

    I'd recommend contacting @nxtboyIII or @BulletForceHelp on Twitter if you're able to. They should be able to fix this issue.

    Both Lucas & BulletForceHelp have not helped me at all with this issue. Even though I have iTunes Purchase receipts and Email confirmationso for the purchase I've made. I've contacted both Lucas and BFH via Twitter and the Support option in game and no response at all and it's been over 48 hours now.

    Please file support ticket through the settings page

    I have already done that Lucas and to quote you "However we do have a support feature in the settings page, but we are having a hard time finding someone to manage all the support requests (Our current guy is unresponsive and unmotivated)." That option isn't really an option now is it.

    Seeing as Lucas remembers this community for now, there's a chance he can reply to support tickets.

    I've already filed a ticked 2 days ago and made it very well known on here, twitter ect. The fact that this issue isn't resolved leaves me to believe that the devs don't give a damn about the community especially those that actually support his game so yeah I doubt he'll do anything at all except tell me to message a dead support account I'm filing a refund with Apple.

    I have no choice but to agree with you, I have lost my gold too, filed a ticket contacted twitter on all the three accounts. No reply ever came

  10. Smae problem here. Pmed evidence and my debit card receipt on twitter. After about 10 messages over a 4 week period I eventually gave up. I'm okay with giving Lucas 9.99, It's just I would like what was advertised.

    When we started a discussion about the problems of Bullet Force, Lucas had replied that he does not have the skill to manage a community. Unfortunately, we need to live on with this fact. He has also said on Twitter that he is still trying to find someone reliable and willing to provide customer support for the game.
